MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

* Data Entry with Attention to Detail 

* Ensure Adherence to Procedures

* Ability to Maintain Rapport with all levels of Personnel

* Provide Courteous Customer Service including placing phone calls to Clients.

* Proficient in Writing and Speaking English ( Proficient in Spanish a Plus )

* Capability of Office Tasks ( Filing, Setting up Folders, Typing, ...)

* Computer knowledge / Experience with Relevant Business Internet Applications
